Scope of Services Provided
Our firm provided technology development of batch mixing, weighing system, mixed batch conveying of thixotropic paste, and mold filing operation.
Additionally, our team developed the facility areas including drying rooms and specialty equipment such as custom de-molding devices, conveying systems and PLC controls.
Results
Not only was the client’s production capacity doubled but it was accompanied by an improvement in select brick quality of 30 percent. The production increase combined with a reduction in plant staff resulted in project payback in less than one year.
