SCOPE OF work
The client contracted our organization to perform preliminary architecture and engineering design, estimating, scheduling and lab programming services to expand its current Incoming Quality operations at its Midwest location.
Our team assisted the client with conceptual layouts of the 16,000 SF build out that included:

- Controlled ISO 8 Sampling Downflow Booth
- Associated Controlled Gowning Areas
- Offices for 34 People
- Conference Room
- Break areas
- Maintenance and Calibration Shops
- Secured Storage Warehouse with a Walk-in -20C Freezer
